Proposed Analysis: | Investigating the co-alterations of the structural and functional imaging parameters is of recent interest in Alzheimer's research. We have formerly used ADNI data to investigate the alterations of the PET scores in various brain regions in relation to NFL alterations. Herein, we aim to compare the potential of PET scores compared to DTI parameters in predicting disease progression in AD. |
