Proposed Analysis: We are developing artificial intelligence assisted segmentation methods for analyzing structural MRI and PET images. The established and well-controlled ADNI data will be used to test and tune the developed methods first. If the methods can improve the accuracy and quality of image analysis, we will apply the methods in an on-going NIH funded project (Novel "liquid-biopsy" method for early detection of Alzheimer's disease) for analyzing collected neuroimaging data (Abeta and tau PET and MRI) to correlate the biomarkers, e.g., Abeta, tau and NfL, in the blood samples of the same patients/subjects.
