Proposed Analysis:	We conducted a genome-wide association study on Alzheimer's disease. Top markers were identified in chromosome 19, 6, and 9. We would like to apply for ADNI genotype, transcriptome, and biomarker data to validate our findings and explain possible regulatoary function of these regions.
