| Proposed Analysis: | The degree and pattern of correlation between gene expression profiles will vary greatly with the change of the internal state of the cell, that is, it presents a complex nonlinear relationship. In other words, traditional statistical linear models can not find complex nonlinear relationships in gene expression. Therefore, we plan to use deep learning methods to study genes associated with Alzheimer's disease by stacked auto encoder, convolutional neural network and other similar technologies. |
