| Proposed Analysis: | In our study, A micromechanical model of brain including brain constituents such as axon and extracellular matrix is being developed to firstly characterize material properties of axon and ECM in Alzheimer`s disease and secondly investigate the roles of microstructural parameters on decreased stiffness in MCI and AD. To reach the purpose of the project, we need to access the viscoelastic properties of hyppocampal region of brain in Healthy control group, MCI and AD group extracted from MR Elastography as G' and G" parameters in different frequencies. |
