| Proposed Analysis: | We will develop a dementia diagnosis AI model by inputting and integrating multimodal brain MRI images and clinical information together. As specific brain MRI images, MPRAGE, 3D-FLAIR, ASL, and DTI images are evaluated. A large amount of brain MRI image data is required for integrated analysis using machine learning methods, and we would like to use ADNI database. By using the ADNI database, high-dimensional features contained in brain MRI images are analyzed and interpreted in association with the labeled data of clinical status and cognitive evaluation. |
