Proposed Analysis: | We are planning to use machine learning methods, specifically neural networks, to create a classifier potentially capable of distinguishing Alzheimer disease patients based on genomic features. After that, feature selection will be used to identufy the most impactfull genomic features. We are planning to use that information to compare data, obtined this way with the results of GWAS works based on ADNI dataset, such as doi:10.1016/j.neuroimage.2016.09.055. |
