| Proposed Analysis: | Our new project aims to develop a novel statistical method to construct an optimal scoring system that incorporates the longitudinally collected biomarkers. In the data application part of this project, we plan to utilize the rich information in the longitudinally collected biomarkers in the ADNI study. The importance of the study is that by applying the new scoring system to the Alzheimer disease population in ADNI, we are able to provide updated patient risk stratification for intervention recommendation for patients with Alzheimer. |
