| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to compare and contrast biomarkers discovered in WT vs APPki plasma proteomic data with clinically relevant human plasma proteomic data. We would like to quantify how predictive the protein biomarkers discovered in APPki models are in human clinical datasets. This will help us to further understand similarities and differences between human AD and APPki mouse models. |
