Proposed Analysis: We would like to use ADNI data through DSS NIAGADS as NG00067.v5-ADSP Umbrella datasets. The project name is "Understanding the genetic mechanism of Alzheimer's Disease", and DAR ID is 10369. The purpose of our study is to identify effective therapeutic targets for Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s disease is heterogeneous disease, which result from different combinations of genetic factors as well as environmental factors. Stratifying this heterogeneous disorder into subtypes based on genetic factors and objective phenotypes is important step to discover effective therapeutic targets. The whole genome sequencing data and the whole exome sequencing data will be analyzed to identify novel genetic variants associated with disease and/or subtypes.
