Proposed Analysis:	Identify genetic variants within the stress response pathway (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal [HPA] axis) that are associated with measures of brain volume and cortisol levels. Initial analyses have been undertaken in the AIBL cohort and the ADNI cohort is being requested to validate the specific SNP-phenotype associations identified.
