Proposed Analysis:	1. To investigate whether tau burden in the brain also distributes asymmetrically to some extent in Alzheimer’s disease, like amyloid and neurodegeneration. 2. To explore the difference between asymmetric and symmetric Alzheimer’s disease patients in difference aspects, e.g., demographic and cognitive characteristics.
