| Proposed Analysis: | We would build a novel framework based on the visual transformer that classifies the Alzheimer's from the others and detects the relevant region of brain. In the process, we would like to use some multi-modal data so that we could relate various data to the Alzheimer's. For example, we could relate the region of brain or the biomarkers that is relevant to the Alzheimer's. Using the NACC data, we would like to train our deep learning model based on the visual transformer and unravel the unknown connections between the Alzheimer's disease and human body. |
