| Proposed Analysis: | I am a PhD student in Machine Learning at NYU. My research interests are in self-supervised learning for medical imaging, whereby the goal is to solve challenging tasks with limited amount of labeled data. In particular, I want to leverage the CT and MRI data from the Human Connectome Project to be able to diagnose conditions such as Alzheimer's with limited labeled data. The methods developed should also help in the diagnosis of new conditions for which we don't have a lot of labeled data available. |
