Proposed Analysis:	Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that affects extensive regions of the central nervous system. In this study, the structural connectome of AD patients will be mapped by diffusion-weighted MRI tractography and multi-shell, multi-issue constrained spherical deconvolution (CSD) method to improve the accuracy of tractography at tissue interfaces. The results will be compared between the healthy group and the AD group.
