| Proposed Analysis: | We develop statistical techniques and algorithms to determine brain-based biomarkers to identify disease and monitor disease progression in AD, PD, depression, etc. In particular, we have developed a Bayesian Spatial Model for activation and connectivity (BSMac) that we would like to apply to the ADNI PET-FDG data. |
