| Proposed Analysis: | Proposed analysis: We are investigating the impact of deep ensemble methods for image-to-image translation tasks on neuroimaging data. The longitudinal nature of the ADNI data allows for deep image-to-image translation models which can predict disease course, and ensembling may allow estimation and improvement of the error for such models. In particular, we are looking to examine the impact of ensembling approaches on 3D U-Net and U-Net-like convolutional neural networks. |
