Proposed Analysis:	My research is focused on fluid biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Specifically, I have been recently studying potential utility of newly developed plasma assays for beta-amyloid, phosphorylated tau and neurofilament light in the diagnosis and prognosis of AD using Swedish BioFINDER-1 and BioFINDER-1 -2 cohorts. I plan to use the ADNI data to validate my finding in the BioFINDER-1 cohorts.
