| Proposed Analysis: | We are interested in developing a deep learned method to use MRI data to estimate neuropil density in gray/white matter of normal human brain. We have developed a human brain energy budget using high-resolution ex vivo neuropil density of normal human brain. These budget predictions agree well with in vivo measures of human brain energy metabolism (by PET or calibrated fMRI). |
