| Proposed Analysis: | I am building an telemedicine application foucused on realtime collaborative manipulation of the same dicom file including annotation, measurement and intelligent segmentation which needs the aid of interactive segmentaion. U_Net is a quite mature model used in medical segmentation and there is an excellent implementaion of the U_net in github using hippocampus segmentation ADNI-LONI Dataset. I would like to continue my work based on the implemenation and make some experiment, therefore I hope I could the access to your valuable dataset. Thank you very much! |
