Proposed Analysis:	We plan to analyze structural MRI data of individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairments and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as healthy controls using FreeSurfer 6.0. Then, we will compute cortical thickness, cortical area, and grey matter volumes to characterize the brain structural changes and the trajectory of brain structural changes in individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairments and Alzheimer’s disease. We will also make comparisons between individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and healthy controls. In addition, we will use the clustering analysis to identify potential subtypes of Alzheimer’s disease with these brain structural features and also available clinical data.
