Proposed Analysis: Our research is about content-based image retrieval (CBIR) systems for brain MRI, which enables doctors to efficiently find similar images with consideration of what disease the patient has. This project is done in cooperation with Professors Hitoshi Iyatomi (Hosei Univ.) and Kenichi Oishi (Johns Hopkins Univ.) and I'm applying an access on behalf of them. We specifically need an access to ADNI-3 dataset for analyzing implicit shifts between datasets (known as "covariate shifts") and study if it affects on out previous studies [1][2].
