| Proposed Analysis: | Based on the data of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), this paper constructs a brain functional network to conduct in-depth study on the dynamic evolution process of the nervous system in the longitudinal development of Alzheimer's disease. I try to propose a dynamic evolution model of Alzheimer's disease based on the brain network level, so as to simulate the dynamic evolution and plasticity process of the brain in the process of nervous system lesions. |
