| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to study the correlation between CSF levels of beta-amyloid and the density of senile plaques measured by PET scans in the context of the development of Alazheimer's disease. Our goal is to develop a mathematical model interpreting the CSF and PET data as independent predictors of AD diagnosis and/or progression. Mathematical analysis will be conducted in collaboration with Dept. of Mathematics of Georgia State University. |
