Proposed Analysis:	We are starting a new work that checks the connection between the cholinergic balance to cortical thickness and specifically the effects of to SNPs (rs17228616 in the AChE 3’UTR, and rs17228616 in the primate specific miR-608). We have this data analyzed for healthy people and are interested in comparing these finding to patients with AD. In addition we already have cholinergic data and gene expression data from AD and controls that we are planning to add to this analysis.
