Proposed Analysis: Predicting the risk of converting from subjective cognitive decline (SCD) and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is still a challenging task. We aim to establish the multivariate risk prediction model for AD, providing the SCD/MCI-to-AD conversion estimation by using a multipredictor nomogram that integrates different types of data in ADNI. It will help to assess the risk of AD, and play an important role in the early diagnosis of AD. Our study may have a clinical impact as a powerful predictive tool for predicting the conversion risk of SCD or MCI.
