| Proposed Analysis: | We want to explore the progression of the brain network characteristic across different stage of AD and its relationship with the accumulation of tau. Firstly, we will calculate the network parameters of the structural and functional brain network for AD, MCI and healthy controls, respectively. Then, the differences of the network parameters of these three groups would be compare with each other. Finally, the distinctive network parameters would be correlated with the accumulation of tau. We hope to find the trajectory of the alteration of the network parameter along the progression of AD and gain information about the biomarkers though combining the brain network and tau. |
