Proposed Analysis:	As Alzheimer's disease (AD) and cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) commonly coexist in elderly, the protential CSVD subtype lead to rapidly cognitive decline remain unclear. Based on ADNI cohort, we aimed to identified a subgroup with rapidly cognitive decline with CSVD and determined the modifiable risk factors, genetic risk,plasma biomarkers or possible therapies targeting vascular health to delay the deterioration of cognitive function.
