| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to develop a method to stratify subjects based on fluid or blood biomarkers related to Alzheimer's Disease(AD) and to predict conversion from Normal Cognitive(NC) or Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI) to AD using brain MRI which is available almost anywhere in Japan. Supposed analysis procedure is as follows; 1) Stratify study participants based on fluid or blood biomarkers, such as p-Tau or Amyloid beta, into several class. 2) Develop a machine learning model to classify the study participants into the class defined above using brain MRI. 3) Evaluate the performance of the model and refine it. 4) Clarify the correlation between brain MRI and the biomarkers. To this end, I would like to get approval to utilize MRI, fluid or blood biomarker data of ADNI. |
