| Proposed Analysis: | We plan to use ADNI data to focus on MRI and PET imaging omics features for the research of auxiliary diagnosis and early warning of Alzheimer's disease. We will use more novel deep learning algorithms, such as generative adversarial network, multimodal deep neural network and other methods to make better use of MRI and PET. Not only that, we also want to study the correlation and difference between MRI and PET, in order to better use the two. |
