| Proposed Analysis: | Given multi-modal features collected from the ADNI datasets, the task is to predict the disease for each patient. We target Alzheimer’s disease prediction given imaging features (MRI, fMRI, PET) and non-imaging (demographics and genotypes) per patient. We pose this problem as a classification of each patient in either of the 3 classes viz. Normal, Alzheimer's and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). |
