Proposed Analysis:	Imaging genetics combines neuroimaging and genetics to assess the relationships between genetic loci and changes in brain structure and metabolism. Our aim is to uncover the relationships between the changes in MRI or PET with genetic loci and hence identify meaningful biomarkers, which can be used as an effective clue for disease diagnosis and targeted therapy.
