| Proposed Analysis: | I'm looking to replicate two projects done by former Cal Poly SLO students on Alzheimer's detection via analysis of MRIs. Both of them used the ADNI1 dataset to do their analysis. My ultimate goal in replicating these projects will be to plan out and execute my own experimental procedure with the ADNI3 dataset in order to complete my Masters thesis. This thesis will rely on all the methods of brain imaging collected in the ADNI3 dataset (and perhaps some of the other datasets) to perform detection of Alzheimer's Disease, with an emphasis on the earliest scans performed on the patient. |
