| Proposed Analysis: | We look at all patients and controls, all without AD at initial assessment. We assess the cases in terms of history, mental state, blood test, imaging, and their genetics to identify features associated with age at onset in Alzheimer’s disease. Moreover, for patient with confirmed presence of AD, we will look at combination of cognitive testing, clinical evaluation, and biomarker result to develop a model on cognitive decline scores to assess the patients’ individual changes in cognitive ability and disease stage. |
