| Proposed Analysis: | I am a PhD student co-advised by Prof. Dr. Jakob Macke and Dr. Christian Baumgartner. The proposed problem statement during my candidacy is spatiotemporal analysis of neuroimaging data for diagnosis and prognosis of AD. I aim to develop Machine Learning techniques, specifically probabilistic deep generative models and corresponding inference algorithms to model the empirical distribution of brain imaging data for downstream classification into MCI and AD diagnoses. |
