Proposed Analysis: | The motivation is to guide clinical decision making. Doctors must decide which measurements to take to get to a diagnosis. But each measurement and a misdiagnosis has a cost. The goal is to determine which measurement will decrease diagnosis uncertainty and affect the treatment decision on an individial patient level. In a time series setting the goal is to determine when to perform the measurement. To train this Active Sensing model medical data is needed. The dataset would be used to compare and evaluate different active sensing methods. |
