| Proposed Analysis: | We will analyse the correlation between biomarkers and the incidence, as well as the features of neuropsychiatric symptoms(NPS) in AD patients.The data of neuroimaging, biomarkers in blood and cerebrospinal fluid and neuropsychological exams would be involved in our statistic analysis. According to the results, we expect to identify several risk factors and protective factors of NPS. Diagnostic or predictive models would be built using machine learning methods as well. |
