| Proposed Analysis: | It has been shown that almost 20 percent of patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) revert to cognitively normal (CN) status. However, the role of imaging modalities in MCI-to-CN reversion have not been ever studied. Therefore, cerebral glucose metabolism and amyloid-β deposition as well as MRI changes will be evaluated in MCI reversion subjects in comparison with stable MCI patients. Other clinical, genetic, and demographic parameters will be taken into account. To investigate the proposed hypothesis, I need to access the database, if possible. |
