Proposed Analysis:	I want to elucidate the genetic background underlying the progression of AD's imaging characteristics (i.e. volume of each brain region, cortical thickness, DTI-measures, etc). Therefore, using multivariate mixed-effects model, I want to screen the important genetic factors driving these changes genome-wide.
