| Proposed Analysis: | I had previously been granted to the ADNI data in the past but due to difficulties in keeping up with my academic load, had to put my thesis research on hold. I'm resuming my research on semi-supervised deep learning techniques and given the lack of fMRI datasets readily available online, I am hoping to be able use the ADNI data set to help inform my research on denoising adversarial autoencoders on 3D medical imaging as this technique has only been applied 2-D medical images and text as far as I have been able to tell. |
