Proposed Analysis:	We propose to examine cortical differences in MRI metrics (with focus on T1-weighted, T2-weighted, and diffusion metrics) between different AD categories, defined either based on cognitive assessment or based on PET and CSF assessments. We also aimed to investigate the differential white and gray matter contributions to cognitive changes in the AD groups.
