| Proposed Analysis: | Following ADNI data coordinator's advice, I'm reapplying for the account due to being unable to make project updates in the original account. The primary aim of this project is statistical methodology development. Specifically, we propose to develop a rigorous statistical model for the joint biomarker dynamics of the Alzheimer’s disease (AD) pathology. The model intends to map the progression of AD pathologic process as measured by joint biomarker evolutions of AD pathology before the onset of clinical symptoms, and therefore facilitate early AD detection. |
