| Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer's disease is a serious brain disease. After years of hard work, the ADNI database has collected medical imaging data of subjects of different genders, ages, and different courses of disease, which has made great contributions to the prevention and prediction of the disease. Now, graph neural networks have a wide range of applications in the field of neuroscience, which can adapt to the disorder of neural nodes and greatly improve the accuracy of disease prediction. The fusion of multi-modal information also has excellent performance in classification tasks. I am studying a graph neural network framework that integrates structural and functional signals, using DTI and fMRI data to construct structural and functional brain networks and extract and filter its image features . I intend to use this framework to predict the course of Alzheimer's disease. |
