| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to conduct a meta analysis of the association between abnormal beta-amyloid and cognitive decline. What annual decline is expected among the subject with normal cognition, but pathological amyloid status? How fast do they convert to MCI, or dementia? We would like to investigate the risk with and without phosphorylated tau and neurodegeneration. Following the articles found during the preliminary research (Blennow 2019, Maurik 2019, Donohue 2017) we would like to ask for permission to access the database.
