Proposed Analysis: | The aim of the current study is to investigate whether subtypes of amyloid accumulation identified using Subtype and Stage Inference (SuStaIn) differ in baseline and longitudinal tau pathology, atrophy, and clinical outcomes (i.e. clinical diagnosis and cognitive performance). Linear models and linear mixed effect analyses will be performed to assess baseline and longitudinal differences in characteristics between subtypes. Additionally, a cox proportional hazards model will be used to assess diagnostic conversion. |
