| Proposed Analysis: | This study mainly discusses the two-way relationship between sleep and Alzheimer's disease: the role of amyloid, tau and other factors.In this study, the incidence and severity of sleep disorders were compared from normal elderly, MCI to ad, and whether they were related to cognitive impairment and biomarkers.In addition, we compared the progress of ad between the two groups according to whether there was sleep disorder, to judge whether sleep disorder would accelerate the progress of AD, and to study the mechanism according to biomarkers and other factors. |
