| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to combine image data and non-image data to realize the automatic diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) based on deep learning. Firstly, I will try to build a classification network to explore whether a CNN network integrating non-imaging biomarkers and MRI images can improve the performance of classification, compared to traditional image classification networks. Secondly, I will explore which factors are closely related to the development of AD and look for potential biomarkers. The ultimate goal of these studies is to achieve the early diagnosis of AD and provide help for the follow-up treatment of the disease. |
