| Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer's disease has attracted more and more attention with the aging of the population. As a progressive irreversible disease, early detection and intervention is the best treatment at present. Many studies have shown that there will be changes in neural functional connections and imaging manifestations of some fiber bundles in the early stage of AD. I want to apply for the account of ADNI database to study and find the relationship between functional connection and ad, analyze and find new treatment and diagnosis ideas. |
