Proposed Analysis:	We propose to examine the joint predictive value of functional connectome, CSF and/or plasma biomarkers, and SNP genotyping profiles, for predicting tau-related gray matter atrophy progression in Alzheimer's disease. Subjects with a compact profile of structural MRI, amyloid-PET, tau-PET, biomarker measurements and SNP genotyping will be included. Prediction will be performed in an "epicenter"-based manner with addition of selected predictors.
