Proposed Analysis: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is an insidious progressive neurodegenerative disease that causes structural changes in brain regions. An improved 3DPCANet network model was proposed to classify alzheimer's disease by combining with the whole brain mean low-frequency fluctuation amplitude (mALFF) images of subjects. Firstly, functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data were preprocessed to calculate the whole brain mALFF images. Then, the improved 3DPCANet deep learning model is used for feature extraction. Finally, support vector machine (SVM) is used for classification. The experimental results show that the proposed model is simple and robust. Among them, the classification accuracy of subjective memory decline (SMD) and AD, SMD and late mild cognitive impairment (LMCI), LMCI and AD are 92.42%, 91.80% and 89.33%, respectively, which verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
